UK2000 Release London Luton for MSFS

Scenery developer UK2000 has today announced on their Facebook page, the release of London Luton (EGGW) airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator which is the second airport released for Microsoft Flight Simulator by UK2000, the first being Bristol. Along with Glasgow, and Inverness which are still in development for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Luton airport (EGGW), which was released today on UK2000’s website, features detailed buildings, realistic ground markings, replacement for the default airport base image, use of MSFS night lights, and more.

London Luton airport was opened in 1938 and sees extensive use by major European budget airlines such as easyJet, Wizz Air, and Ryanair. The airport used to be the hub for London, but the opening of Heathrow and Gatwick airport has since overtaken Luton in passenger traffic.
