Vector Studio, a new developer on the flight simulation market, has recently announced its “Project Griffin”, development of the Boeing 787-9 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. During the FSWeekend, developers showcased the progress on the add-on.
About The Previews
The screenshots display work on the graphical side of the aircraft, including the engine view and the side view of the plane. Additionally, we can see that the developer included the Dreamliner’s unique feature of dimmable windows.



On the systems side, the developer showcased pages from the CDU (Control Display Unit), which include the electrical page as well as the TCP panel displaying the weather radar options page and the SATCOM page.
About The Aircraft
he Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner is a long-haul, wide-body aircraft developed by Boeing as part of the 787 family. It sits between the smaller 787-8 and the larger 787-10, offering a balance of range and passenger capacity, typically carrying around 250–290 passengers depending on airline configuration. The aircraft entered commercial service in 2014, and more than 600 units have been built to date.


As of now, the release date and pricing of Vector Studio’s add-on are not yet known.
