Verticalsim has previewed a new state to their VStates series – Montana, which has been recently announced. The previews were shared through their Facebook page.
In the recent article on the topic, we spoke about the new announcement that was made by the developer. VStates project was originally discontinued, as the billings for cloud service was high, but as they found new and cheaper cloud service, the developers will continue to provide us with the VStates series.
In the previews, we can see mainly screenshots from higher altitudes in the area of Cordilleras mountains in Montana, together with the Missouri river in the area of Great Falls city.
For those unfamiliar with the VStates product range, it is a series of freeware color-corrected orthoimagery for different states in the United States for X-Plane 11 developed by Verticalsim.
The Facebook post did not contain any information on the expected release date. The scenery should be released as freeware.
