Verticalsim Releases Tampa Airport for MSFS

The development team at Verticalsim has recently taken to their Twitter page to announce the release of Tampa International Airport (KTPA) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Three years ago, the developers have already released a rendition of Tampa for X-Plane.

This new product features the 2023 airport layout, custom taxi signs, and custom airport lighting. Furthermore, the team has animated passengers and created half-interiors which give the user a more extensive sense of immersion and realism. Besides that, the developer has handcrafted the mesh and added taxiway bridges.

In addition, landmarks present in the surrounding area of the airport have been modelled. Those include Raymond James, International Plaza, Grand Hyatt, and more. The developers have also used a blend of custom and photorealistic texturing to give the user the most accurate product.
