Verticalsim Studios, known for their ortho scenery and airport sceneries, just now (10 minutes ago) released an update for their Eastern Iowa Airport scenery for X-Plane 11. The update features some minor fixes, new glass PBR for the terminal building and VStates Iowa v2 compatibility, for example, the full changelog can be seen below.
The update was announced via Verticalsim Studios Facebook page and should be up on the stores within the next 24 hours. You can purchase the scenery in a discount for $16 via the .org store. The scenery will be in a discount until this Monday (2.12.2019).

-Added downtown Cedar Rapids (may or may not have night lighting later on in a future update), but I thought this would be a nice little feature.
