Verticalsim’s Omaha-Eppley Field Comes To MSFS

It’s Nebraska’s turn to be featured in MSFS, Omaha-Eppley Field has made its appearance on the Verticalsim’s website and is ready for download.

Omaha-Eppley Field is located 3 miles east of downtown Omaha on the Missouri River. Opened in 1925 it is the largest airport in Nebraska and was once the hub for the former Midwest Airlines. Alaska, American, Delta, Southwest, and United Airlines serve Eppley Field. In 2021 KOMA handled 3.7 million passengers.

Included in the scenery are animated passengers and a detailed full-scale interior, HD texturing with PBR mapping. Many downtown features include Ameritrade Park, the Senator Bob Kerry pedestrian bridge and the Omaha Corrections Center. Proper AI routing, custom taxiway signage, and high-speed centerline. The airfield is modelled after Navigraph 2022 aerodrome.
