Volanta Releases Support for Xbox on MSFS 2024

Volanta nově podporuje Xbox v MSFS 2024. Sledujte lety z konzole přes telefon či tablet a propojte své relace s oblíbeným trackerem.

Volanta, a popular flight tracking software for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024, has announced support for Xbox consoles. Previously, the software was only available to PC users, along with a mobile app for tracking away from your simulator. Available on Xbox now, you will need a secondary device to be able to use Volanta like a tablet or phone.

Support for Xbox works by using the console as a transmitter, connecting your flight session on Xbox to your Volanta account. Volanta is available to install from the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 marketplace on Xbox, Cloud Gaming or GeForce NOW, installing a panel into your toolbar. Using a secondary device like a phone, tablet or laptop, you can view a detailed map and flight stats once connected to your account and flight.

The toolbar panel added by Volanta is just a small display to show you a code that you can use to connect accounts and a status on whether your flight is tracking or needs to be connected. Real-time tracking is only available to premium users; however, their free tier still offers tracking that changes frequency based on what you are currently doing inside the simulator.
