Vref Simulations Releases Tweed New Haven Airport for MSFS

VREF Simulations has yesterday released their fourth scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This time covering Tweed New Haven Airport (KHVN) the developer has first announced the development back in early October and has been rather quiet since.

The airport scenery features high-resolution PBR textures at all buildings, custom night lighting including light poles at the terminal area, and up to date airport layout and airport rendition. The complete feature list can be found below.

The scenery can be purchased through SimMarket for €10.90 excluding VAT. In order to install the scenery, simply drag and drop the scenery files to the Community folder.

A few hours after the scenery release, the founder of Vref Simulations has taken to their official Discord server to announce an update that will be improving the GA area at the airport. This update is expected to come in about a week from yesterday.

Tweed New Haven Airport (KHVN) is a rather small airport located just few miles southeast of downtown of New Haven in Connecticut, United States. The airport is mainly used by general aviation, but is also operated by American Eagle and Souther Airways Express with routes to Charlotte and Nantucket.
