Verticalsim Studios, developer of VStates family and few other airport sceneries for X-Plane 11, today released VStates Florida V2 featuring new colors, new keys water masking and a mesh for their upcoming KTPA payware scenery.
The VStates are still a freeware, which can be either downloaded via Torrent or via Google Drive (link here). The file size is about 22GB.
