Developer Kjetil, better known by their social handle WombiiActual, took to their Instagram page to announce the release of their rendition of Svolvaer Airport (ENSH) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The product is their first-ever payware addon for the platform. Wombii has previously made various other airport sceneries for MSFS2020 such as Bergen, Stavanger, and Haugesund among other libraries and miscellaneous products.
About Svolvaer Airport
Svolvaer Airport (Svolvær lufthavn) is a regional airport serving the town of Svolvær in Vågan Municipality in Nordland county, Norway. The airport is operated by the company Avinor and served by the airline Widerøe using Dash 8 Q400 aircraft connecting the community to Bodø and other Nordland communities. Svolvær also has direct but seasonal flights to the Norwegian capital, Oslo. The airport is located six kilometers east of the town of Helle. There are bus services to the airport but taxis are available. The runway is also quite short at just 3,104 feet.
