Xometry Announces Victorville Airport for XP11

Xometry has recently announced that their new rendition of Victorville Airport (KVCV) is heading to X-Plane 11. This information has been shared via the Inibuilds Forums.

This airfield is located in Southern California, 80 kilometres away from San Bernardino. It is also known as Southern California Logistics Airport and was formerly known as George Air Force Base. It is a public airport and as the name suggests, it is used for cargo operations. Southwest was storing their Boeing 737 MAX fleet during their ban. The airport features two runways, 17/35 and 03/21.

The developer stated that the scenery is going to feature HD ground markings, 4K textures with PBR materials, ortho imagery or accurately placed vegetation. Aircraft wrecks with disassembled parts are also included in the scenery. The developers also added a unique feature into the scenery, so you can choose from two versions, that being pre-pandemic and pandemic ones. This will change the airport accordingly.
