Digital Design Partners with Orbx and Releases Salzburg for MSFS

Orbx was proud to announce recently on their Facebook page, the addition of Digital Design to their OrbxDirect page, as well the as the release of Digital Design’s Salzburg Airport (LOWS) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The scenery features a highly detailed re-creation of the airport as well as the surrounding areas and the historical city, custom ground textures, and high resolution PBR materials and textures.

The scenery was announced earlier this month and was previously developed for P3D, the Microsoft Flight Simulator version features various improvements from the P3D version such as improved textures and objects.

Salzburg airport is the largest regional airport in Austria and is located in the heart of the Alps near the city of Salzburg. The airport saw almost two million passengers in 2017 and sees use from major European carriers such as Lufthansa and British airways which connects the city of Salzburg to the rest of Europe.
