After a successful launch last month, Xometry has recently released the first update for their well-received Ponta Delgada Airport (LPPD) scenery for X-Plane 11 after the initial release. Bringing the scenery up to version v1.1.0, the update offers only a few changes. Thus, it is a minor update.
After updating the scenery, users will be able to enjoy corrected runway slope and mesh, updated PBR normal maps, new signs informing travellers about COVID-19 precautions and rules, or updated textures. The complete changelog can be found below.
The scenery can be purchased through the iniBuilds Store for about €16.70 with taxes excluded. In order to update the scenery, simply download the new files from the store and replacing the previous ones.
The team at Xometry is currently, alognside their other projects, also working on Eagle County Regional Airport (KEGE) for X-Plane 11. If you want to read more about that project, you can read Gabriel’s article here.
