Aerosoft’s Awaited Airbus A330 Coming Soon to MSFS, Announced in a New Teaser Video

Aerosoft has taken to the AviationLads’ Youtube channel to share a new teaser video and announce that the A330 for Microsoft Flight Simulator is “coming soon“. This is great news for the MSFS community as the aircraft is one of the most-anticipated projects for the simulator to date.

The addon has been in closed beta since April this year with the team making sure to keep the community updated on the progress of the addon. The team at Aerosoft has though ensured that every aspect of the aircraft is highly detailed and a true rendition of the real aircraft.

It will include a fully working EFB to configure the aircraft and various calculations, a true-to-life engine simulation and model, an ambient sound pack, and dynamic cabin lighting, to name a few features we can expect.

With the release of the teaser to show off the new creation, simmers can expect to see the A330 cruising the skies in MSFS soon. Although the exact release date is unknown, it was announced earlier in the year by Mathijs Kok that the product, in its release state, would cost less than 60€.

The Airbus A330 is a two-engined widebody jet. Derived from the design of the older A300, the A330 made its maiden flight on November 2nd 1992. The variant modelled by Aerosoft, the A330-300, can carry up to 300 passengers and fly over a range of 11,750km. Notable operators include Cathay Pacific, Saudia and Turkish Airlines.

FSNews will bring you all updates regarding this product as soon as they become available, meanwhile, if you’re looking for more information about the A330 you can check out our other articles.
