Aerosoft A330 Delayed Until The Release of MSFS2024

The Aerosoft team has once again shared some information regarding their upcoming Airbus A330 add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Unfortunately, some bad news is shared today, as the release was delayed until the next iteration of Asobo’s simulator comes out later this year.

The developer initially posted the information via their various social media. Still, under the community’s pressure, they were forced to take these posts down from X, Facebook, and Instagram. The only factual information was briefly available only through their website. Throughout the time of writing this article, the social media posts got back online, but the website post was taken down.

“After evaluating the status of the A330 project, we have decided to shift the launch towards the upcoming MSFS2024.”This is the first sentence in the post, saying that users of the current Microsoft Flight Simulator are not going to see the release of this highly anticipated plane, whose release was already anticipated in the summer of 2023 when the first trailer dropped on the AviationLads YouTube channel.

On the other hand, though, Aerosoft aims to enhance their development with the gained time, stating that the aircraft should have more features at launch, including more engine variants and even both CEO and NEO options on release simultaneously.
