AUscene, a developer recognized for producing detailed Australian sceneries, like Ayers Rock (YAYE) for both Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) and Prepare3D, has shared a preview of their ongoing project: Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport (YBWW) for MSFS. Featured on their Facebook page, this sneak peek provides a first look at terminal renders and highlights the progress being made. The preview showcases the airport terminal’s distinct architectural features, emphasizing AUscene’s dedication to recreating accurate real-world environments for MSFS. Though the project remains under development, the shared images indicate substantial advancement.

Positioned roughly 15 kilometers west of Toowoomba, the airport serves as a local gateway to a region known for its natural beauty. Often called the “Garden City”, it is Queensland’s second-largest city and is widely known for events like the annual Carnival of Flowers.
Though a release date and exact details still need to be confirmed, AUscene is expected to include features such as custom ground textures, accurate building models, and possibly intricate terminal interiors and lighting effects.
