After multiple previews of this scenery, developer AUscene is ready to release its newest scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. The developer announced the release date of this new scenery via their social media pages. The new scenery by AUscene is Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport. It’s a small regional airport located west of Brisbane, home of the Qantas Group Pilot Academy and a regional passenger terminal.
AUscene continues with its record of releasing smaller regional airports in Australia with this new release. The scenery was first teased back in January. AUscene announced the creation of this airport with a small tease of their work on the terminal building model.
In July, the developer released an extensive preview of this scenery. In this preview, the developer shared multiple screenshots of the airport and announced that it is nearly complete. For more information about this preview and this airport, you can read our previous article.


This week, AUscene shared the release date of this new scenery. Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport for MSFS 2020 and 2024 is scheduled to release next week on the 4th of September 2025. A dedicated product page for this scenery is already online on the developer’s website. On this webpage, we can see multiple screenshots of the scenery, including the flight academy hangars and passenger terminal filled with details.



The scenery’s price was also revealed on the product page. The scenery costs HK$175.00, as stated on the product page. AUscene also indicated that this scenery will be available using Contrail.
