Aviotek Software Announces their Frankfurt Coming to MSFS

Aviotek Simulation Software has gone to their Facebook page to share the first previews, and that way, announce their upcoming Frankfurt Airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

They already brought this popular scenery to the X-Plane engine before, and we might expect the same impressive level of quality soon in Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Work in Progress Frankfurt for MSFS

Aviotek Simulation Software says that these screenshots previewed are early work in progress, and are from March of this year.

At the moment, these are the only previews the team is comfortable sharing. However, the team anticipates to bring more previews in the near future.

In addition to all of this, Aviotek made sure to briefly introduce us to the features that this scenery is going to offer upon release.

This Frankfurt rendition is going to offer full PBR textures with up to 4K resolution, that are going to be optimized, offering both the best possible performance and visuals.

Speaking of modelling, there is going to be a custom 3D interior with passengers, accurate polygons on both ground and buildings and the latest airport layout.

Speaking of the surroundings, there are also going to be landmarks, such as the Berlin Airlift Museum close to runway 25L as well as hotels and more.

Currently, the southern terminal is still a work in progress. On the other hand, the team aims to reveal more features in the upcoming showcase of this airport.

Aviotek at the moment didn’t reveal the pricing nor an approximate release date for this scenery.
