Axonos Announces New Owen Roberts Airport for X-Plane 12

The team at Axonos took to their Facebook page to announce and preview their rendition of Owen Roberts International Airport for X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 12.

The rendition, the first of its kind for the team at Axonos, will feature a fully modeled and textured 3D interior. The rendition will also feature custom ground textures and weather effects for a more immersive and realistic experience.

Owen Roberts International Airport (MWCR), an airport in Grand Cayman, is the main international gateway to the Cayman Islands. It also serves as the primary hub for flag carrier Cayman Airways. The airport is named after British Royal Air Force (RAF) Wing Commander Owen Roberts.

The Cayman Islands are known for a number of attractions: the blow holes in the East End district, the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, and Hell in the west bay. Watersports such as scuba diving and snorkeling are also popular as the islands are well-known for their coral reefs and underwater sea walls.

Unfortunately, details regarding pricing information and release date were not disclosed by the team at Axonos.
