BeyondATC has announced the launch of its highly anticipated Live Traffic feature, bringing real-world aircraft movements directly into Microsoft Flight Simulator through an integration powered by FlightRadar24 and Navigraph.
According to the development team, users of the BeyondATC Supporters Edition running the latest Experimental release can now experience live aircraft activity based on real-world FlightRadar24 data, adding a new level of realism to their virtual skies.
The feature represents another significant milestone in the growing partnership between Navigraph and FlightRadar24, allowing simmers to encounter aircraft operating in real time around the world while using BeyondATC.
The feature was announced through official Navigraph and BeyondATC channels on June 8, with Supporters Edition users on the latest Experimental release now able to experience real-world aircraft activity powered by FlightRadar24 data.
Real-World Traffic Inside Your Simulator
With Live Traffic enabled, BeyondATC injects aircraft into the simulator using real-time traffic data supplied through Navigraph’s FlightRadar24 integration. This allows users to see aircraft operating in their actual current positions, creating a more immersive and dynamic environment during every flight.
To use the feature, users must link their Navigraph account to BeyondATC and have an active Navigraph Unlimited subscription.
BeyondATC notes that while aircraft positions are based on live traffic data, the system does not currently include real-world filed flight plans. Instead, BeyondATC generates its own routes to ensure smooth operation within the simulator environment.

To take advantage of Live Traffic, users will need:
- BeyondATC Supporters Edition
- Latest Experimental release
- Navigraph Unlimited subscription
- Linked Navigraph account
- Compatible traffic models such as:
- FSLTL
- AIG
- FS Traffic
- BravoAirspace ATG (MSFS 2024)
The developers also recommend ensuring traffic density sliders are configured correctly and that BeyondATC is running with the necessary permissions.
