Corsten’s Hangar has recently released MilitaryMod 2024 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. With this add-on release, Corsten’s Hangar aims to bring a realistic environment for military aviation geeks by injecting military air traffic on a global scale.

About MilitaryMod 2024

The addon brings a more realistic scene of military aviation into MSFS. Some notable aircraft include the F/A-18, F-16, F-35, and the E-2D Hawkeye, among others. To add to the layer of realism, the developer has even included AI flight plans for both VFR and IFR flights between airbases. Another feature that the developer included is that helicopters can perform touch-and-go maneuvers, and fixed-wing aircraft now patrol specific areas.

In addition to aircraft, static HMS Queen Elizabeth aircraft carriers have been positioned by the developer in key areas around the world, specifically, near Marham, the Persian Gulf, RAF Valley, and the Cayman Islands. All of which can be landed on by the player.

Compatibility

MilitaryMod 2024 comes with a plethora of aircraft included in the package. Among the compatible models are fighter jets such as the F/A-18, F-16, F-35, and the Rafale M. alongside non-jet aircraft like the E-2D Hawkeye, H135 helicopter, AN-12 transport, and MQ-9 Reaper drone, giving the virtual skies a variety of not just jets, but support aircraft as well.

For those who want to unlock the full capabilities of MilitaryMod 2024, users must download additional third-party aircraft. These aircraft include the C-17 Globemaster III, KC-135R Stratotanker, and E-3 Sentry of Delta Simulations, as well as the HMS Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier by ANSmedia.
