After almost a year since the initial announcement Fenix Sim has released their rendition of the Airbus A320-214 for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

After almost a year since the initial announcement Fenix Sim has released their rendition of the Airbus A320-214 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It was announced approximately an hour before the release through their Discord server.

Fenix Sim A320 is now available through their website for approximately €58.97. This rendition of one of the most famous Airbus aircraft promises full immersion of the aircraft.

The developers have used proprietary 3D scans of its real counterpart to make the model as realistic as possible. Furthermore, with all the capabilities of the Microsoft Flight Simulator’s SDK, there are much smaller but significant visual perks. To name a few, working vipers, dust on the displays, and much more.

System-wise, the rendition offers full lateral and vertical navigation systems, RNAV/RNP-AR capabilities, as well as supporting multiple ARINC424 leg types. Moreover, physical fluid dynamics and air-mass simulations are modelled.

Fenix Sim A320 also features 288 working circuit breakers and a complex failure system with over miscellaneous 200 failures. This allows flight simmers to not only fly from point A to point B, but also practice real-world emergency procedures.
