Sinceย announcing the registration window for ticketsย last month, the FlightSimExpo 2025 organisers, the Flight Simulation Association (FSA), have been delighted to receive the strongest demand yet.
In the first 24 hours of registration, over 350 attendees signed up to express their interest. This dwarfed the initial demand of the previous FlightSimExpo by over 30%.
To date, over 500 people have put their names down, and this number continues to increase daily. Presumably, this is somewhat buoyed by the early adopter deals that the Flight Simulation Association is offering those registering before the 1st of March.

As in previous years, the event welcomes offers from prospective speakers. FlightSimExpo 2025 has scheduled Weekend Community Seminars on Saturday and Sunday (June 28th and 29th, respectively) to showcase various topics. FSA invites anyone who may wish to share their knowledge, expertise or enthusiasm with fellow attendees to get in touch via the FlightSimExpo website.
To ensure that the community gets to hear and see the topics they are interested in, there will be a chance to help choose the Community Seminars agenda. Anyone who is a registered attendee of the FlightSimExpo will, in March, be allowed to vote on the proposed topics and the most popular then go on to make up the events schedule.
Due to the levels of interest, the primary hotel partner is now 75% sold out; theย FlightSimExpo travel pageย has since been updated with more travel information. Updated information includes hotel room offers and discounted travel arrangements for attendees.
