FlightSimExpo has opened exhibitor registration for its 2027 event, with organisers announcing in a press release that booth selection is now open. The event is scheduled for June 11-13, 2027, at the Westgate Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. Organisers say exhibit space starts at $500, with loyalty and early-booking discounts.
According to the organisers, booth rates include furnishings, electricity, internet, staff passes and access to the exhibitor social. New for 2027 are discounted rates for returning exhibitors and for multi-year commitments. Combined with early-booking savings, the organisers say a 10×10 booth costs 50% less than last year. Special rates are also offered to virtual airlines, flying clubs and other education-oriented organisations that do not charge for their services.

The main focus is on software developers for the 2027 event. Select aircraft and scenery developers can unlock a Software Spotlight Booth package, which includes a custom booth backdrop and a 90-minute livestreamed demo session. Organiser Evan Reiter says, “We’ve noticed that when a real-world pilot sits down to fly their aircraft in the sim, attendees start watching,” and that demo sessions led by real-world pilots will take place across the show floor.
Developers who do not want their own booth can use the new Showcase Ticket program, which pairs them with hardware exhibitors. This lets them attend, demo a product and talk to attendees without managing a space of their own. “In the age of artificial intelligence, attending an event is the way to give your brand a face,” Reiter adds.
The show will be held at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, which organisers describe as just minutes from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). Convention space, hotel rooms and restaurants are connected indoors. All-in room rates start at $169 per night. Attendees who book through the FlightSimExpo room block get free parking, discounted resort fees and a free welcome drink. Travel deals are listed at the event website.
Prospective exhibitors should have received booth selection instructions by email on October 27. Those who did not can write to info@flightsimassociation.com to be added to the list. Booth space starts at $500, and developers can find partner opportunities on the FlightSimExpo partner page. Attendee tickets go on sale in December, with special rates for FSA Captains. Ticket prices have not been announced.
