FSimStudios Releases Edmonton for MSFS

The team at FSimStudios has recently released their rendition of Edmonton International Airport (CYEG) for MSFS.

The team at FSimStudios has recently taken to their Facebook page to announce the release of their rendition of Edmonton International Airport (CYEG) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. FSimStudios has already released renditions of this airport for both X-Plane and Prepar3D.

All of the basic premium features are present. Those include a highly detailed representation of the real airport and a completely re-textured terminal with high-resolution 4K PBR textures. The developers have brought to life the interior of the terminals as well as static aircraft. This gives the user an even more immersive experience. Users experiencing performance issues can deactivate these two features to gain some FPS.

The scenery comes with custom high-resolution Orthophoto covering the airport and the city of Leduc. The city of Leduc is located South of the airport. Edmonton International Airport is located in the Edmonton Metropolitan Region in Alberta, Canada. It operates flights to major cities in North and Central America, and Europe.

If you wish to purchase this scenery you can do so through FSimStudios’ website for 16$. Users who bought the Edmonton scenery for P3D are entitled to a 30% discount. If you want to learn more about FSimStudios and their upcoming projects, I suggest you have a look at my recent article here.
