FS Live Traffic Liveries, also known as FSLTL, is bringing back its beloved live traffic injection functionality for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. The developer not too long ago shared that this feature was shutting down and would only offer their models for online network model matching and static traffic injection. This was directly related to the shutdown of FlightRadar24’s free API, which the live injection depended on. After some time of looking for a solution, Navigraph stepped in to help FSLTL bring back live traffic injection to the simulator.
Navigraph is a well-known name in the flight simulator community. It is responsible for bringing up-to-date charts and nav-data for the simulator. Navigraph decided to step in and partner with FSLTL to help bring back their live traffic injection using FlightRadar24 data. This announcement was made on the FSLTL Discord Server, and it also confirmed that a major update was released for the injector.

With this partnership, Navigraph subscribers will have the live traffic injection for free. You will need to sign in with your Navigraph account to access it. For users of FSLTL with no subscription, the live injection will not work and will only have static traffic injection. FSLTL stated that a solution to enable live injection for non-Navigraph users is still being developed.

The new live traffic injector data is included with the new 2.0 version of the software. This update brings a completely reworked interface meant to work with the new traffic data. The user can now modify the settings of the injector more easily compared to the previous version. FSLTL released on their Discord Server a complete guide on how to access the new data using your Navigraph account alongside the complete changelog for this new version, including bug fixes and more. Stay tuned for more announcements from FSLTL here.
