FSReborn has released a float-equipped version of its TL Ultralight Sirius for Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS). The TL Ultralight Sirius Floats became available on September 9 exclusively through the Microsoft Marketplace for PC, with Xbox support planned for the following week and a PlayStation 5 release to follow.
The add-on is based on the existing TL3000 Sirius and replaces its conventional landing gear with floats, allowing the aircraft to operate from both runways and bodies of water. FSReborn describes the release as a way to explore the simulator “low and slow” while retaining the flexibility to switch between land and water operations.
Float-equipped Sirius now available
The TL Ultralight Sirius Floats is priced at €27.79 on the Microsoft Marketplace. Existing owners of the wheeled TL3000 Sirius can also purchase a dedicated bundle at a reduced price, according to FSReborn.
The Marketplace listing shows the aircraft at 1.07 GB with version 1.0.6. It is listed as compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS).
The underlying aircraft features a high-wing carbon-composite design and is modeled with a range of systems and features, including a custom flight model, engine and carburetor behavior, rain and icing effects, interactive doors, an EFB tablet and a modeled checklist. The float version retains the aircraft’s focus on detailed flight and system simulation while adding water operations.
