Six weeks ago, Gaya Simulations presented their roadmap for forthcoming products, mainly for Microsoft Flight Simulator. One of those mentioned was the Norwegian airport of Kristiansand (ENCN). A few screenshots were shared showing their progress thus far. The developers have now taken to Facebook to preview more images of this wonderful airport.
No other information is provided, but the screenshots do give some indication just how far they are in the development. Terminal buildings and surrounding scenery are modeled, according to Gaya Simulations, in the highest detail.
They suggest a release day is close at hand but they still have a few lose ends to tie up. They also mention that following the release for Microsoft Flight Simulator, Kristiansand will also be coming to Prepar3D.
Located in the district of Tveit, in the borough of Oddernes, Kristiansand Airport (ENCN) provides service to international airlines, and is operated by the state-owned Avinor. It is the only airport in the south of Norway that operates scheduled flights.
