iniBuilds shared their last development update for the year, in which they announced a new aircraft and several updates for the a300 for MSFS.

iniBuilds, known for their high-quality airliners like the A300R and sceneries, released their final extensive development update for the year. Along with a new trailer about the upcoming Airbus A350 project, which Patrik covered, were significant improvements to their beloved airliner series showcased.

Updates to the A300-600R Airliner Series

The iniBuilds A300-600R Airliner has received some improvements across both the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 (MSFS2024) “Premium” and “Compatible” Editions. This should bring a more seamless and enjoyable flying experience.

For the MSFS2024 Premium Edition: The latest version 1.0.1 focuses on enhancing visual accuracy. It resolves incorrect rain effects, improves cockpit backlighting, and fixes other graphical issues. Flight simmers wanting to upgrade from the MSFS2020 version can benefit from a discounted price of £9.99 (excluding VAT).

Meanwhile, the Compatible Edition now runs smoother than ever through changes in version 1.1.4. This update resolves several key issues, including the random loss of fuel and VNAV system bugs, while improving overall stability and functionality.

Introducing the Spartan 7W Executive Aircraft

iniBuilds reintroduces the Spartan 7W Executive Aircraft as a formal project for MSFS 2020 and 2024. This aircraft is a new addition to their Premier series and offers flight simmers a chance to explore another golden age icon.

Produced between 1937 and 1941, the Spartan 7W represents a mix of luxurious design and high performance. It was designed for wealthy individuals and only 34 of these aircraft were built, making it an exclusive symbol for owners. Just 20 units remain intact today, with even fewer still in airworthy condition.

iniBuilds collaborated with Jim Savage, a real-life Spartan owner and expert, to ensure a high level of accuracy in this virtual recreation. Not just detailed rivets and authentic interiors were modeled to ensure the aircraft’s charm.

The Spartan 7W Executive has an estimated release date between January or February 2025, compatible with both MSFS2020 and MSFS2024. For more details about this release, we recommend visiting the official forum post.
