Since their last preview in January, Just Flight has once again taken to their Facebook page to share some more preview pictures as well as an update on their upcoming Palma de Mallorca (LEPA) rendition for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Just Flight has announced on their Facebook post that their much-awaited Palma de Mallorca scenery will shortly enter its final stage of development. They have also confirmed that the scenery has been fully built and thus will mean that their rendition is due to be subject to testing and tweaking.
The British developer has also shared further pictures depicting all work that they have achieved during the past six months. The apron has been accurately modelled both from the outside and the inside, from the vibrant terminal buildings to the food court and gatehouse inside the terminal. The ground has also been accurately textured, with clear and revised taxiway markings.
Although Just Flight is yet to announce a release date for their product, they have briefly outlined the main features of the scenery. These include: a reworked Visual Guidance Docking System (VGDS), custom-built air bridges, a custom coded ILS, reworked taxiways, adjusted terrain, and work on the Level of Detail (LOD).
Palma de Mallorca Airport is located 8km east of Palma, the capital of the Balearic Islands. This frenetic hub is listed as the third business airport of Spain and mainly serves holidaymakers coming from different corners of Europe. It also serves as the main hub for Spanish airline Air Europa and as a focus hub for Ryanair, EasyJet, Vueling, and Jet2.com.
