In a recent post made by the official Xbox account and later re-posted by the official Microsoft Flight Simulator account. A big announcement was made regarding a new collaboration MSFS 2024 will receive. This expansion is similar to when Microsoft brought add-ons to MSFS2020 for the movies Top Gun: Maverick and Dune Part Two. This time, the new collaboration will be with the show Stranger Things.

The post made by Xbox on social media doesn’t contain much information about what is coming out of this new collaboration. During previous collaborations made with movies and MSFS 2020, they released scenery, aircraft, and activities for the simulator available through the in-game marketplace for free.

This post comes with a short teaser trailer, showcasing some elements of this expansion. A helicopter with a special livery is visible in the video, with a potential Point of Interest (POI) shown in the background. The post also contains the phrase “Turn the skies upside down,” referencing the show with which it’s making the collaboration. The Stranger Things collaboration with MSFS 2024 is scheduled to release on December 9th. Stay tuned for further news about this topic when more information becomes available here at FSNews.
