Orbx Announces Paris City Pack for MSFS

Just about a week after announcing Singapore City Pack for Microsoft Flight Simulator, Orbx has announced the development of Paris City Pack for the same platform. The announcement was made through the Orbx Forums.

It is the fourth product announced by Orbx in their Landmark series which enhances default cities with custom models. In this case, the scenery is developed by the Orbx TrueEarth team and will feature over 200 custom points of interest of which 15 are going to be in high-detail.

Of course, not to forget, terrain across the coverage area of the scenery will be enahnced. In addition to that, Orbx is looking into implementing extensive night lighting to the default landmarks as well as to the custom ones.

The scenery will also feature ortho patches covering blurred-out military areas in the default simulator. The key features presented in the forum post can be seen below.

Previews showcasing the scenery can be seen below in a gallery. It was mentioned by the developer, that the previews are showcasing current beta build of the scenery and therefore might not showcase the final product.

Although no information was shared about the pricing details, it was mentioned in the post, that we can expect release in early January 2021.
