Orbx, a prolific scenery developer just released their popular Darrington Municipal Airport (1S2) for MSFS.

Orbx, a prolific scenery developer just released Darrington Municipal Airport (1S2) for the Microsoft Flight Simulator. The popular scenery already available for FSX, P3D, and XP11 has been brought to the Microsoft Flight Simulator. You can purchase this scenery from the Orbx website for approximately €10.45, Orbx Central is required. Don’t forget to redeem your 40% discount if you already own the scenery for FSX, P3D, or X-Plane.

Located in the North Cascade Mountains of the Pacific North West, Darrington is a charming back country airport surrounded by mountains. It is located only a short hop from Orcas Island, Vancouver, Seattle, Tacoma Narrows, and Kelowna, some of those airports have been depicted by Orbx and other scenery developers. The Pacific North West sure is a beautiful region and this scenery is another great addition to it.

The creator, Andreas, completely reworked the scenery for MSFS. New features such as PBR textures, HD artwork, weather influenced ground detailing, town’s point of interest, VFR reference points, and much more are featured in the scenery.
