Pilot Plus Previews Bristol Airport for MSFS

Pilot Plus has recently taken to their Facebook and Youtube pages to preview their upcoming Bristol Airport (EGGD) rendition for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The developer has teased the flight sim community with screenshots and a video about the upcoming airport.

A features list from the developer is yet to be disclosed. However, it can be deduced from the screenshots that the scenery will be rendered true to the model airport.

The outside of the airfield is very well modelled, with PBR texturing used all around the airfield.

Furthermore, the terminal building’s interior has been reproduced to an extremely high level of accuracy. The developer has taken great care of every detail, from the iconic WHSmith store to the placement of the colourful bins.

Custom night lighting is implemented in the rendition, making it possible for pilots to fly to and from the airport during the night.

The rendition is also showcased in their latest comical Youtube video.

The developer is yet to disclose the pricing as well as the release date of the scenery. However, Pilot Plus did state on their latest Facebook post that the rendition is undergoing final testing.
