ProjectFly v4 Release Information

ProjectFly, a very well-know application on the flight simulation scene, is scheduled to receive a major update improving the user interface, and overall features. The version 4 of the application was originally scheduled to release back in December 2019 but was delayed due to some issues.

Today, a post regarding the v4 release was shared via the Mettarsim website. Based on that, an Early Access version of the ProjectFly v4 application will be released this Friday, on June 26th. Prior to the release, all the data will be transferred. This means, that there will be a 24-hour downtime window starting on June 25th at 0900UTC.

To ensure that you are able to keep flying during this planned downtime, we will be turning on our VATSIM & IVAO tracker for all who have their CID/PID’s already in their projectFLY Connection Settings.

More information regarding the new version should be shared this Thursday. The ProjectFly v4 dispatcher will not be included in the first early access version and will be added at a later date.

Some information about the subscriptions has been shared. There will be three tiers: Blue (Free); Supporter (£1.99 / month) and Pro (£4.99 / month). If you want to read through the original post, you can do so at the Mettarsim website.
