RDPresets Releases Marseille for MSFS

RDPresets has recently shared the news that they are working on a new scenery covering Marseille Provence Airport (LFML) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. They set the release date for Thursday, the 23rd of November, but the team managed to release the scenery the day before on the 22nd of November 2023.

The airport in Marseille was initially opened in 1922 and last year it handled over 8 million passengers. It is the fifth busiest airport in France and as of this year, it is a hub for Ryanair, as well as a focus city for Air France. Marseille Provence Airport offers a wide range of short and long-haul routes across the whole year.

The airport is currently equipped with two runways, two main terminals, and one general aviation terminal and there is an Airbus Helicopter Factory located at this airport as well. The airport offers a scenic approach either over the land of the French Riviera or the Mediterranean Sea. From this airport, you can get to Montreal, London, Ajaccio, Dublin, Addis Ababa, Jeddah and much more by various airlines that operate at this airport.

The airport promises to be well-optimised, has accurate night lighting and has custom ground textures.
