TFDi Design MD-11 Development Update (23.6.)

TFDi Design has recently posted via their forums a new development update regarding the currently developed MD-11 for the Prepar3D simulator.

TFDi Design has recently posted via their forums a new development update regarding the currently developed MD-11 for the Prepar3D simulator. The aircraft was first announced back on May 5th.

As well as last time, it was made clear, that the developers are still looking for aircraft manuals, diagrams, photographs, or overall information. If you have any of those, TFDi Design has made a Google Form in which you can contact the developer.

Based on the post, the control surfaces have been exported from the model, and the developers will soon begin programming the flight dynamics. Also, work on the FMC is currently in progress, and a preview can be seen below.

We are using a system that lets us write and debug code better and easier and eliminates a lot of the bottlenecks we usually encounter.

A summary was included in the post.

The aircraft has a lot of work being done but we are still unable to provide a release date, or even an estimate. We hope that regular development updates that we release will allow you to see what is being done on the aircraft.
