X-Crafts Shares a Video Preview of their new E-Jets Family

X-Crafts has taken to its Youtube Channel to preview their new E-Jets Family. They have showcased the aircraft and its features in X-Plane.

The team at X-Crafts has taken to their Youtube Channel to preview their new E-Jets Family. They have posted a full flight video showcasing the aircraft and its features in X-Plane 11.

The add-on will feature three types of FMS: the Authentic FMS, the Tekton FMS, and the X-Plane default one. Thanks to this, the user will be able to choose the one he’s the most comfortable with. The add-on will feature an EFB in which the user will be able to do various things. These include setting payload and fuel, and calculating the take-off and landing performances. Checklists are also included. The user will be able to control the ground services and use AviTab.

From what we can see on the video, the aircraft looks to be pretty much functional. A huge step has been made regarding visuals from the old X-Crafts addons. LNAV and VNAV seem to be finished. The aircraft follows SIDs and STARs.

The Authentic FMS isn’t fully functional yet. The aircraft will feature an interactive jumpseat in the cockpit that the user will be able to store and extend. There has also been a massive revision of the cabin. This add-on is completely redesigned and recreated from scratch.

The E-Jets Family by X-Crafts will be available for both X-Plane 11 and 12. The price and the release date haven’t been disclosed yet. Previous customers of the E175 and E195 v2.5 will need to buy the add-on again but will get a discount.
