Aerobask Releases First Update for Phenom 300 (XP11)

Yoyoz from Aerobask has recently taken to the X-Plane.org forums to announce the release of the first update for their rendition of the Phenom 300 aircraft for X-Plane 11. Announced earlier this month, and released just about a week ago, the Phenom 300 is Aerobask’s fourteenth aircraft addon for the simulator.

The new version, titled as v1.1r, brings a plethora of fixes and improvements to the aircraft, including fixed holes in the cabin ceiling, or reduced speedbrake efficiency. Additionally, the cockpit lighting was improved, the GCF700 textures were reworked, and the flaps lever now supports axis mapping.

For owners of virtual reality headsets, the environment of the aircraft was improved to better support those. Improvements were as well made to the aircraft autopilot and general behaviour.

The update can be either downloaded through the SkunkCrafts Updater or by downloading the new files from the X-Plane.org Store and replacing the old ones. If you want to purchase the aircraft, you can do so through the X-Plane.org Store for $44.95 which is equal to about €38.

The Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 is a twin-engine light jet aircraft that can carry up to 10 passengers. Since its first flight in 2008, over 500 units were built with a range of over two thousand nautical miles and a service ceiling at FL450. The aircraft is currently mostly used by companies from Europe and North America.
