Aerosoft has released a new airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Adana Sakirpasa Airport is an airport located in the Seyhan district of Adana urban area, found alongside one of the most crowded cities within Turkey. The airport provides numerous services to general aviation and commercial aircraft.
The group responsible for the development of this airport is ST Simulations. This scenery is the first released by these developers.
The airport comes with some notable features regarding the textures and objects around the scenery, making the airport really accurate in the simulator compared to the real-world counterpart.
The airport has realistic textures, featuring PBR rendering around the location. It further comes with all the buildings and hangars places around, including the Davut Air hangar.
The scenery also features a modelled interior of the air traffic control tower with the monitors, radars and chairs placed in there.
The local refuelling station is also accurately recreated in the scenery showing all the fuel tankers and even the refuelling trucks as props placed around, adding to the immersion of the airport.
Static aircraft are also placed around some of the ramps at the airport. Moreover, ground service buildings are also featured, branded with Turkish Ground Services and vehicles such as static pushback tugs.
The terminals are accurately placed featuring walk-in gates and accurate models carrying the airport name on the top half of the building. All the ground textures are custom and create a realistic look around the airport.
Another unique object is the static Bayraktar TB-2 UAV, parked around the hangars on the airport.
