Flightbeam Shows New Previews of San Francisco Airport for MSFS

The developer Flightbeam has today taken to their website to show some more images of the upcoming San Francisco Airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Mir from Flightbeam starts this smaller development update by saying that there is a high demand of the San Francisco scenery, with the team receiving a lot of e-mails about the release.

The team, though, aims to bring the most accurate scenery of San Francisco Airport, so it lives up to its “Captain’s Edition” title. Flightbeam wants this scenery to be well above and beyond any of their previous releases.

Mir then goes on to mention that a smaller milestone has been reached, bringing the release closer just a little bit. By achieving this milestone, this development update was created, as he could share the images of Terminal A and its surroundings.

The Flightbeam team aims to bring this scenery to the public before the summer starts. Mir also confirmed that before the release we are going to get more previews of the scenery.

In the previews we can see the immersive detail the developer puts into the development. According to the images, there is going to be a 3D terminal interior as well and all of that being covered in PBR textures.

The scenery might also have a custom ground markings, taxiway textures and extensive surroundings modelled. However, this is just a speculation and a subject to change, as the scenery is still in development.

In addition, the team also started their own Discord server, where they will share more about the development.
