FlightSimExpo 2026 Ticket Prices Increase on March 1

Early registration pricing for FlightSimExpo 2026 has ended as ticket rates increase on March 1. The event takes place June 12–14 in Saint Paul.

FlightSimExpo 2026 organizers have confirmed that early registration pricing concluded on March 1, with standard ticket rates now in effect for this year’s event.

The convention will take place June 12–14, 2026 at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The venue is located approximately eight miles from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) and around 20 minutes from the Mall of America.

According to the organizers, discounted pricing was available to attendees who finalized their travel plans early. FSA Captain members continue to receive an additional 20% discount on ticket purchases, along with benefits such as access to a dedicated entrance lane and priority add-on registration.

More Than 40 Exhibitors Confirmed

FlightSimExpo 2026 is set to feature more than 40 exhibitors, including both returning and new developers. Specific exhibitor announcements are expected later in the year.

Navigraph will attend as a Diamond+ sponsor, providing personalized attendee badges and showcasing an upcoming release during the event. The company also plans to demonstrate its full product lineup, including SimBrief and Navigraph Academy.

Grinnelli Designs to Present Combat Arena

A new addition for 2026 is the FSExpo Combat Arena, presented by Grinnelli Designs. The interactive experience will feature aviation-inspired competitions, including head-to-head air combat challenges, team-based operations, and airshow-style performances. The Combat Arena will be available to all FlightSimExpo attendees throughout the weekend.

Travel Discounts and Venue Details

Official hotel rates start at $149 per night, plus local taxes, with airfare discounts available through Delta, United, Southwest, and select codeshare partners. Additional travel details, including airline and hotel information, are available through the event’s travel section.

Since 2018, FlightSimExpo has welcomed nearly 10,000 attendees across events held in Las Vegas, Orlando, San Diego, Houston, and Providence. The 2026 edition marks the first time the event will be hosted in Saint Paul, offering a walkable downtown setting along the Mississippi River.
