IndiaFoxtEcho Updates Refund Policy

The developer IndiaFoxtEcho had to update their refund policy after recent shenanigans with them returning money to dissatisfied customers. According to this popular military aircraft developer, these changes had to be done due to the dishonesty of certain people, as informed via their Discord server.

IndiaFoxtEcho had quite a laid-off refund policy, with them capable of refunding customers based on a simple e-mail about dissatisfaction with their products. This ultimately backfired, and the developer was forced to change this simple process.

Many developers already have quite a strict or non-existent refund policy, which can be questioned by consumer protection laws across many countries, especially in the European Union. Unfortunately, IndiaFoxtEcho suffered the exact opposite of the problem and was losing money. This all led to not only multiple refunds at the time but also blackmailing from certain customers.

As the developer stated in the Discord post, some people went as far as asking for money to replace their computer parts, gaming consoles and multiple copies of their individual products.

Due to this form of dishonesty, IndiaFoxtEcho came to the ultimate decision to give refunds to people based on a digital receipt.

We highly recommend taking a look at the wide range of varieties of IndiaFoxtEcho’s products. They are interesting, especially for a military aviation enthusiast, and we can find many legendary aircraft in their portfolio, like the F-16 and the F-14, which you can read about in our articles.
