IniBuilds, a well-known developer responsible for a variety of sceneries and aircraft for X-Plane 11, has published their 14th development update. The update has been published on their forums by Ubaid.
In the first section of the article of theirs, the developer speaks about the upcoming A310 rendition for X-Plane 11. They report that the progress is going fantastically, and they have now entered beta testing. The painters are also creating some liveries for the aircraft, that are going to be available on the release day.
As the developer already mentioned in one of their previous development update, the add-on will include more than one version of the A310.
- A310-300 Freighter PW & GE
- A310-300 Passenger PW & GE
- A310-300 MRTT (Multi Role Tanker Transport) GE
- A310-300 Medevac GE
- A310-300 ACJ-Style (Business Jet Configuration) GE
The developer also previewed the interior of the ACJ-Style version of the aircraft. In the screenshots, we can see a variety of rooms and lounges that are modelled in the aircraft.
Furthermore, it has been stated that if you are an A300 user, you will be eligible for a 35% discount on the A310. In the next development update about the A310, they will already have finished the changelog of the aircraft. The testing process will continue during this time between this and the next, most probably final, development update.
In the next section of the post, the developer speaks about the iniPoints Reward Programme, which will be unique for the IniBuilds store. You’ll earn points with every purchase, and those points will be transferred to a discount.
(…) All customers who have spent £29.99 or more with us automatically received 550 points, which is equivalent to a £5 discount. If you have spent less than £29.99, you received 250 points. Each purchase earns 10 points for every £1 spent, excl. VAT.
This means if you already bought something through the IniBuilds store, you should have got the dedicated amount of points on your account, as this programme started already.
Last, but not least, IniBuilds also released their rendition of the Fox Islands for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This release followed the publishing of this development update just a few hours later.
The Fox Islands, known for their unsolved conspiracies, are located in Lake Michigan and are mainly used for VFR trips over Lake Michigan. The islands are currently uninhabited.
The scenery is a dual airport package, to enhance the experience on the Great Lakes. There are customized coastline or revised shores, animated lighthouse, custom, corrected orthoimagery and revised biomes for the true-to-area experience.
The scenery can be bought through IniBuilds store for €6.96 excluding VAT.
