CentralSim Releases Rafael Hernández Airport (TJBQ) Scenery for MSFS

CentralSim today posted on Facebook announcing the release of their Rafael Hernández Airport (TJBQ) scenery which was announced earlier this month.

CentralSim today posted on Facebook announcing the release of their Rafael Hernández Airport (TJBQ) scenery which was announced earlier this month.

CentralSim are among the many developers who are creating for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator, Rafael Hernández Airport being their second scenery for the new simulator. The airport was also previously made for P3D/FSX and has been converted to Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The airport is developed to the usual CentralSim standards with full PBR texturing for objects and vehicles, surrounding landmarks, custom objects, airport optimisation for better performance, airport lighting, and more.

The scenery can be purchased on simMarket for €13 here. Additionally, original owners of the P3D/FSX version can get the airport for €10 by using the same account they purchased the P3D/FSX version on.

Rafael Hernández Airport was built in 1939 and was originally a military air base. The airport serves the city of Aguadilla in Puerto Rico and saw almost 500,000 passengers in 2014. The airport sees operation from major North-American Airlines such as JetBlue as well as various large cargo operators like FedEx.
