After the release of their promised 737-300 and -400 passenger aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator, Commercial Simulation Systems (CSS) just released new information and a first look at their next release. This upcoming add-on form CSS is the continuation of their ongoing development of the 737 Classic Family of aircraft for MSFS, starting with the release of the 737-500 last year. With the release of the final passenger variant of this family, the developer released the initial information on the freighter variants of the 737 Classic.
A Little Background of this Variant
The 737 Classic freighter is still in use by various airlines for cargo operations worldwide. This aircraft came to be as a result of converting old 737 Classic passenger aircraft into freighters. Boeing does not officially offer this variant; other independent companies were responsible for the conversion into freighters. The specific aircraft CSS is modeling after is the 737-300SF and 737-400SF, converted in real life by PEMCO and AEI, respectively.

Pricing and Initial Information
With the development of this variant advancing, CSS released some early information about this add-on. The freighters will be part of the full 737 Classic Family package as a free expansion. If the user purchased the 737-300 and -400 passenger independently, the freighters of the respective model will be $10 USD each.

Some of the features of the aircraft were also revealed. Both aircraft will have different cargo doors, galleys, and other variations. This reflects the differences between the designs of the real aircraft by PEMCO and AEI. A list of liveries included was also made public by CSS. A total of 22 liveries made in collaboration with JSWorks where unvailed for both models, including companies like:
- Aloha Air Cargo
- ASL Airlines
- FedEx (ASL Airlines)
- Swiftair
- Royal Mail (Titan Airways)
- TNT (ASL Airlines)
- Qantas Freight (Express Freighters Australia)
- Aerosucre

Attached to all this information are some pictures of the aircraft inside the simulation, complete with liveries and interior cargo hold shots. CSS will release more information in the near future, promising more interior pictures of the -300SF. You can read the full statement by the developer here. Stay tuned for more information here.
