The developer is known for high-quality renditions centered mostly around the North American continent and this release marks their 24th product for the platform.

JA Douglas McCurdy Sydney Airport is a regional airport located in Reserve Mines of the Nova Scotia region in Canada and primarily serves the Cape Breton Regional Municipality and its surrounding areas. It has unique a distinction for being the oldest operating airport in Nova Scotia first opening in 1929. The airport features two runways, one passenger terminal, and loads of maintenance facilities. Canada Border Services Agency classifies and as such staffs McCurdy Airport as an airport of entry but can handle an aircraft no larger than capable of carrying 44 passengers. It is served by three airlines including WestJet and offers scheduled services to 4 cities around Canada.

Furthermore, the airport also includes custom jetways for the terminal gates, custom animations for airport objects, passengers, and other vehicles, and custom taxiway signs. The developer has also tweaked its LOD settings to allow maximum performance in the sim ensuring a smooth experience.
