The 2026 edition of FlightSimExpo is set for June 12–14, 2026 at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minnesota. Located minutes from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport, the venue will host what’s arguably the world’s largest gathering of flight simulation developers, enthusiasts, and aviation professionals. Registration is now open, with ticket prices announced at up to 15% lower than 2025.

The weekend begins Friday with the return of “#FSExpoFriday”, featuring product announcements and sneak peeks from major flight simulation developers, followed by a new Friday Evening Exhibit Preview for 2026. Friday night also includes the optional FlightSimExpo Banquet, where Flight Sim Association Captains can enjoy dinner and prize giveaways. Saturday and Sunday will feature hands-on demos across an 80,000-square-foot exhibit hall, along with developer Q&As, how-to sessions, and educational programming on the FSElite Stage.

An “Entire Event” ticket includes all seminars, three days of exhibit hall access, and post-event seminar recordings. The first 200 FSA Captains can register for $50, receiving additional benefits such as 20% off regular ticket prices, dedicated entrance lanes, and priority add-ons registration. Non-Captain tickets start at $75, with new single-day ticket options also available.

Attendees can also take advantage of discounted travel options, including hotel rates up to 25% lower than 2025 and airfare deals through Delta, United, Southwest, and codeshare partners. As always, FlightSimExpo is also welcoming developers, hardware creators and communities to participate as sponsors and exhibitors, with an initial exhibitor list expected in March.

Produced by the Flight Simulation Association, the event has welcomed nearly 10,000 attendees since its debut in 2018, with previous events held in Las Vegas, Orlando, San Diego, Houston, and Providence. The event continues to serve as a yearly meeting for the global flight simulation community.
