FSExpo 2027 Location and Date Revealed

FSExpo reveals its 2027 location and dates as the 2026 event closes, alongside attendee choice awards for top presentation and exhibitor booths.

Flight Sim Expo 2026 has just come to a close. As the final presentation of the event, FSExpo staff took to the FSElite stage to present the attendee choice awards for best FSExpo Friday presentation and best exhibitor booths. The location and dates for next year’s event were also announced at this final presentation, where a previous FSExpo location makes a return.

Attendee Choice Awards

Before revealing 2027’s location, the presentation started with the FSExpo 2027 Attendee’s Choice Awards. The attendees were given the opportunity to vote for who they thought was best on two categories. The winner of best FSExpo Friday presentation was Sayintentions.AI; the winner for best exhibitor booth was Grinnelli designs, who had a blimp floating above their booth with a smoke machine, as well as hardware from WINCTRL and Next Level Racing that was used to showcase Grinnelli’s add-ons.

FSExpo 2027 Location

After the Attendee Choice Awards came the reveal of next year’s FSExpo location, which will be Las Vegas. This is the same location as FSExpo 2025, but with a different venue this time. The expo will be held at the Westgate Las Vegas on June 11-13, 2027. Attendees will have access to a special $169/night promotion at the Westgate, should they wish to stay at the hotel that the expo will be held in. For those not staying at the Westgate, the hotel is easily accessible from the city’s monorail.
