LatinVFR Previews Miami and Santiago for Prepar3D v5

By yesterday’s announcement of new simulator platform by Lockheed Martin company – Prepar3D v5, the developers started to upgrade their sceneries to be compatible with this new simulator. Today, the LatinVFR developer shared some screenshots from the upcoming simulator with their sceneries.

These previews have been shared via their Facebook page, showing off their two sceneries – Miami (KMIA) and Santiago (SCEL). The developer mentioned that all the upgraded sceneries will be for current users for free and the sceneries will be released after the release of P3D v5. It might take a while, as they will have to upgrade installers to be compatible with v5 version of P3D. The problem will also come with the SODE jetways, this plugin, obviously, has to be updated as well. The following airports that will be compatible with v5 are these:

  • KMIAv5
  • KFLL
  • SCEL
  • LEMD
  • KBWI
  • KMSY
  • KSANv2
  • KSNA
  • KRDU
  • KEYW
  • TXKF
  • LEBL
  • MHRO
  • TJSJ

As the installers will be available, the developer will notify you through their Facebook page. The source of this article can be found here, on the LatinVFR Facebook.
